Registered Dental Hygienist

Our hygienists are core to what we do. We give our hygienists autonomy and support them to grow personally/professionally. 

Are you looking for an opportunity to do more and feel fulfilled? We have built a team and environment to support that. On our team, you will be able to leverage advanced treatments - like saliva testing, digital scanning, laser treatment, and Perio Protect - and serve as a key leader on our team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Current AZ dental hygiene license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Anesthesia certification
  • Knowledge of Dentrix G6
  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive and helpful attitude
  • Effective communication skills

Dental Assistant

For our dental assistants, no two days are ever the same. If working in a fun and energetic environment makes you excited, we may be the office for you!

Our team is very invested in training, mentoring and developing your skills as a dental assistant.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive and helpful attitude
  • Effective communication skills

Patient Coordinator

If you like variety and a fast pace where you can make an impact, look no further! As a front office team member, you will be interacting with patients and team members all day long.

Our patient coordinators are an important part of providing a best-in-class patient experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and software
  • Ability to multi-task, as you would be answering phones, scheduling, confirming, emailing, scanning, checking in lab cases, interacting with patients, and all things under the umbrella of front office duties
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive and helpful attitude
  • Effective communication skills
