Insurance Information
One of the most common questions that we get at Alpers Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is, "Do you accept my insurance?" The answer to that is yes – you can utilize your insurance benefit in our office.
It’s important to note that most of our patients don’t choose us because of insurance coverage. Most of our patients choose us because of our reputation, the way they are treated while they’re in our care, and the quality dentistry that they receive. That said, we are in-network with Delta Dental Premier, and we accept all PPO insurance plans that allow you to visit an out-of-network provider.
Here's the process we follow for insurance: We collect the full estimated patient portion at time of service. Then, as a courtesy, we will file and submit for your insurance coverage. Any remaining balance will be collected based on whatever allowance your employer has provided. Many dental offices allow insurance companies to drive and dictate patient care; at our office, we will never compromise our standard of care based on the exceptions, limitations or exclusions of an insurance plan. We will always consider first and foremost what is in the best interests of our patients’ care!
