Get to Know
Dr. Kris Alpers
Dr. Kristopher Alpers follows an approach to dentistry that allows patients to be well informed and have an active role in their treatment plan. After seeing how cumbersome the patient experience can be — going from general dentist to various specialists and countless appointments — Dr. Alpers knew he wanted to bring all of the latest cosmetic techniques under one roof. With a focus on ongoing Continued Education and training, he's doing just that: going beyond general dentistry to give patients an unparalleled (and convenient!) start-to-finish experience, with high-quality, advanced cosmetic treatments. He is particularly passionate about dental implants and enjoys serving as a mentor in the Implant Pathway program.
Originally from Minnesota, Dr. Alpers received his B.S. in Exercise Science from Michigan Technological University, where he also played college basketball. He attended Marquette University School of Dentistry and was awarded his D.D.S. in 2014. In addition to being elected and serving as class president, he was also presented with the National Leadership Award, which is given to the senior student who exhibited outstanding leadership, academic, and professional improvement and demonstrates great potential. More recently, in 2018, Dr. Alpers was honored as a “Healthcare Heroes” finalist by the Phoenix Business Journal. He is a participating member of the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, and the Central Arizona Dental Society.
Dr. Alpers and his wife, Kelly, have two sons: Myles and Luka. They enjoy spending time as a family, trying new restaurants in the Valley, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Meghan
Dental Hygiene Assistant
Meghan was born in Chicago and moved to Arizona in 2022 to take full advantage of the sunshine and warm weather. She is currently working towards her degree to become a dental hygienist. In her free time, she loves to explore new hiking trails, reading and doing Pilates.
Alexis
Dental Assistant
Alexis was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She moved to Arizona for a new adventure. She has enjoyed being mentored at Alpers Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, as she is furthering her education to become a dental hygienist. In her free time, she enjoys making birdies out on the golf course and hiking with her Goldendoodle.
Tracy
Tracy was born and raised in Alaska and lived in Washington, D.C., while attending college. She then lived in Georgia, Maryland and France, before settling in Washington State to raise her family. She now lives in Arizona and is enjoying the bright sunshine! In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, wine and spending time with her boys, cats and husband.
Tasha
Tasha is a native to Arizona. She has been in the dental field for over 23 years and has developed a great passion for dentistry in its entirety. In her free time, she enjoys spending time creating memories with her husband and children. Food Network and baking is a must in her household.
Katy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Katy moved to Phoenix from Wisconsin in August 2022 to escape the snow and cold. She completed her dental hygiene education at Northcentral Technical College in Wausau, Wisconsin, and her bachelor's degree in community health education at University of Wisconsin LaCrosse. In her free time she enjoys hiking, exploring Arizona and enjoying the sunshine!
Rylie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Rylie was born in Mesa, Arizona, and raised in North Dakota where her family is from. She loved growing up around family and having her roots in North Dakota, but after high school, she decided to trade the snow for sunshine. She completed her dental hygiene education at Carrington College in Mesa. In her free time, she loves to stay busy, active and creative.

His dedication to helping the less fortunate was recognized when he became a finalist for the prestigious Health Care Heroes award.
